Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing key client accounts, acting as the main contact, and ensuring their requirements are fulfilled.
- Hosting regular meetings and maintaining communication with clients to collect feedback, offer updates, and resolve issues.
- Managing client invoicing on a weekly or monthly schedule, ensuring precision and punctuality.
- Executing various administrative duties to aid in the daily functions of the business.
- Delivering outstanding customer service through phone and face-to-face interactions, building strong client relationships.
Experience and Skills Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in account management or customer service is preferred but not required.
