Robert half is recruiting for a 12-month Fixed Term Finance Business Partner role for a client based near King's Lynn.
This role is a full time role, requiring someone to start as soon as possible and someone who can commit to two days on site each week.
The role can offer a salary of £70,000 - £75,000 depending on experience.
Main Duties:
- To input into strategy, business and customer health, compliance, and risk
- Regular reviews of financial performance
- Accountable for all aspects of the management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and statutory financial statements.
- Ensure a robust financial control framework
- Responsible for partnering and supporting overseas business units
- Delivering against strategic objectives
- Provision of financial analysis
- Ensure that all stakeholders are accountable
- Contribute and make recommendations to long term planning and strategy
- To lead in forecasts and budgets and ensures accurate budgeting and forecasting takes place across all sites
- Continuously improve financial controls and processes
Attributes:
- ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified
- Experience of quarterly forecasting, capital planning and financial review
- Financial reporting and controls experience
- Possess an analytical mindset
- Proven stakeholder management and partnering experience
- Possess commercial acumen aligning group strategy and long term objectives
- Ideally a manufacturing, agricultural or similar industry background - not essential
- A team player
