Your new role
- Processing invoices
- Manage employee expenses
- Assist in the month-end
- Supplier statements
- Preparing accruals
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Grant submissions and external statutory audits
- Will work up to being involved with bank reconciliations, and fixed asset.
- Other financial administration
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrable experience of working in an accounts role
- Have experience of supplier statement reconciliations
- Have contributed to the preparation of management accounts
- Accurate reconciliation skills using Excel and ERP systems
- Experience of accounts payable
- Good communication
- Used NetSuite or similar ERP
- AAT Qualified, Part Qualified (ACCA/CIMA)
