Telesales Executive

Our client are a global food and drink service provider based in the London Area. Delivering great food & catering supplies to a wide range of customers across the country. They are looking to expand their sales team with an additional Telesales Executive based out of Battersea.

You will be responsible for a wide range of customer accounts, from local schools to care homes. You will be taking customer orders over the phone and making use of your "foodie" nature by being an expert in their food!

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation - Dealing with current accounts and generating new business accounts.
  • Customer relationships - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Order Management - Process orders over the phone and ensure everything is in place to deliver on time, all the time.
  • Target Achievement - Deliver and succeed against key sales targets.
  • Issue Resolution: Managing any queries or complaints accounts may have on product or service.
  • Cross-Selling: Maximizing opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products within the range.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a telesales role, within foodservice, FMCG or food.
