Based in Buckinghamshire, we are looking for a Customer and Project Administrator to join their team on a fixed term contract basis, with the possibility of going permanent.
As a Customer and Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project delivery team to ensure the successful execution of customer projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Project Coordination: Maintain project schedules, track assets, facilitate site communications, and ensure comprehensive project documentation and customer project reports.
- Ensure Timely Service Visits: Monitor and ensure scheduled service visits are completed within specified time frames, maintaining accurate records of service activities.
- Diary Management: Manage the project engineers' diary efficiently, ensuring it is updated with call details, preventative maintenance visits, engineer availability, etc.
- Closure of Calls: Close service calls promptly and in compliance with customer requirements and company guidelines.
- Data Management: Create and maintain master data on ERP systems, including customer addresses and assets.
- Logistics Coordination: Arrange accommodations (hotels) and vehicle rentals for the project team as required.
- Reporting: Generate and distribute customer management information reports at specified intervals.
- Schedule Maintenance: Regularly update project schedules and promptly communicate any changes to stakeholders.
