Estate Gardner and Maintenance Assistant

Are you passionate about the outdoors and skilled in both gardening and general maintenance? We're looking for a hands-on, reliable individual to join our private estate team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance gardens and green spaces year-round
- Prune, plant, mow, fertilize, and manage pest control
- Operate and maintain garden machinery and tools
- Perform general repairs and odd jobs around the estate (painting, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
- Keep outdoor areas clean and tidy
- Exercise and care for trained gun dogs on weekends
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in gardening and handy-work
- Confident using horticultural tools and machinery
- Strong repair and maintenance skills
- A love for nature, a can-do attitude, and great attention to detail
- Flexibility, reliability, and excellent interpersonal skills
