A fantastic opportunity to join an established organisation in Southsea. Within their finance team, you will undertake a variety of duties including:
- Recording cash receipts and banking on a timely basis
- Answering queries on client invoice
- Credit control duties and working too collect unpaid invoices
- Maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Banking and bank reconciliation
- Petty cash reconciliation
- Day to day processing of supplier invoices
- Preparing invoices / billing and all required adjustments and sending out to clients
- Monitoring budgets
- Processing payroll data to pass on to external payroll providers
- General accounts administration support
The company are ideally looking for someone to start as soon as possible on a temporary to permanent basis. You must have strong experience working in accounts and finance.
