An experienced HR Manager is required for a leading Newbury based school, to join as a key member of the school team. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to be the standalone HR Manager for the school.
Please note this is a Term Time only role, plus 2 weeks.
Ideal hours per week for this role are 28-35, but full time would be considered.
Salary for this role is up to £41500 FTE. This is an onsite role and duties for the position include-
- Hands on HR role, covering all areas of recruitment including contracts, recruitment, absence management.
- Performance Management and Employee Relations oversight.
- Working with the SLT to develop a new recruitment strategy.
- Process improvement to standardised the recruitment function.
- Remuneration advice, including benchmarking.
- Accurate HR record management.
The ideal candidate for this role
- has previously held a Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager role.
- is happy to work term time only.
- is an excellent communicator with great attention to detail.
- holds CIPD Level 3 or equivalent.
