Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

MAR Vehicle Solutions Ltd is a Sales, Service and Parts dealership and is part of the fast growing VMS Automotive Group offering a range of services comprising of Contract Hire & Fleet Management, Accident Management as well as offering Maintenance Services from our inhouse workshops and a leading provider of transport refrigeration systems, air conditioning solutions and converting panel vans into commercial, refrigerated vehicles. VMS Automotive operate nationwide with workshops and vehicle hire sites throughout the UK with our Head Office based in Stevenage and our Operations centre based in Bury St Edmunds.

As a result of our continued growth, we are looking for a salesperson with a proven track record of LCV sales to join our team with a passion to progress within the group and to help us continue providing excellent sales opportunities across our electric and diesel vehicle range.

Overview

We need a candidate who will be instrumental in driving the growth of new, used retail and fleet sales. Tasked with nurturing a current portfolio of customers, the role demands a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities, while existing relationship foster through exceptional account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance sales to both existing and prospective customers.
  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with retail and corporate clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions
  • To achieve the required sales target and related KPI's within a 12 month period
  • Working closely with both the Head of Sales and VMS fleet team to assist all in identifying opportunities for all product and services via sales
  • To enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interests
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies
