Job Role: Agency Sous Chef
Location: Bristol
Pay Rate: £17.49- 19.39 ph (inc hol) (Dependant on Experience)
Next season, we're super excited to host hospitality events at an amazingstadium in Bristol for all home games. We're on the hunt for impressive SousChefs to support our Head Chefs and help lead the team to culinary glory. Theseopen live kitchens mean you'll need to be presentable, friendly, and passionateabout serving up fantastic, fast-paced dining experiences. If you've gotexperience in stadia or corporate dining, you'll fit right in. We're lookingfor your dedication to most home matches, which will be on evenings andweekends from August 2024 to May 2025. Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef
- Excellent English skills
- Extensive knowledge of Health and Safety and HACCP
- Have experience in training, mentoring, and scheduling and cost control.
- Haveexperience in Client facing kitchens.
- Exposure to high end fast faced environments.
- Availability for most home match days on weekends and evenings
