The Mortgage Advisor Role
As a Mortgage Advisor for the company, you'll be provided with an abundance of leads, and offer fee free advice, guiding clients throughout the mortgage process, helping them secure suitable mortgage loans tailored to their needs and financial circumstances.
Your role will involve assessing clients' eligibility, researching mortgage options, offering sound advice, and facilitating the application and approval process, as support, you will have a dedicated client relationship manager to assist you with your administration, allowing you more time to focus on providing outstanding customer service to your clients.
The Mortgage Advisor Package
- Employed: £30k
- Commission 40%
- Office Based - offices across Scotland
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
- 11am - 7pm Once a week
- Every other Saturday (Day off in the week- flexible)

Mortgage Advisor desired skills and experience
- CeMap Qualified
- Experience Mortgage Advisor
- Proven track record of mortgage sales
- Experience working with volume Mortgage cases (20 - 25 pm)
- Reliable & trustworthy
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
