Northampton Office Angels are working with a leading transport company committed to providing excellent service to our customers. With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we are dedicated to making transportation as seamless and enjoyable as possible. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Customer Service Advisor to join our team.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience throughout their journey. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care, assisting with inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. This includes responding to customer queries via phone, email, or in person, as well as proactively contacting customers to provide updates and assistance.

The Role

  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly and efficiently handling customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate and relevant information.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by listening to customer concerns, addressing their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers, handling and escalating any complex issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
  • Proactively contact customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and offer additional assistance when required.
  • Help to identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practises within the customer service team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
