KS1 Teacher - September Start

Role Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver dynamic lessons to a diverse range of students.
Collaborate with various schools in Derbyshire.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging student participation and progress.
Employ diverse teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Implement effective teaching strategies.

Requirements:

QTS (Qualified Teaching Status) or relevant teaching qualifications.
Enhanced Child Only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for a new DBS).
Strong curriculum knowledge.
Experience in SEND settings (desirable).
Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their maximum potential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility, willingness, and adaptability to contribute to the wider school and local community.
Excellent behaviour management strategies.
Enhance student engagement and enjoyment of the wider curriculum.
Support children with additional needs.
Adapt teaching methods and resources to best support each child individually.
