Clean4Shaw Facilities Management Ltd are a family-owned business that take great pride in the standard of service that we offer. We are seeking an experienced Training and Audit Manager to join our ever-growing business and to assist our management team with ensuring we deliver the best possible service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of cleaning experience, excellent organisation and communication skills and be able to work individually as well as part of a team.
Duties:
- Completing site audits and obtain regular feedback from the client to ensure that they are happy with the service provided.
- Liaising with clients, building a rapport and providing feedback to the management team where required.
- Inducting New Starters into the business and following process, ensuring new staff members are aware of company procedures, including health & safety.
- Managing the work of Cleaning Operatives including instructing, supervising, training, and checking of standards across all of your agreed sites and building rapport with all team members while managing the operatives and company's expectations.
- Identify any training needs, conduct training and provide appropriate records of training completed.
- Checking Stock levels and requirements.
- Onboarding of new clients.
- Identifying issues and concerns and raising through the appropriate channels.
Job Type
- Full Time - Permanent
- 40 Hours Per Week
Working Pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- 8 Hour Shift
- Weekend Availability - Generally 1 weekend in every 4 weeks.
Requirements
- Cleaning experience with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Flexibility.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Previous management experience - preferred but not essential as full training provided.
