Business Manager
- £24,000 p/a + realistic OTE of £60k + (this is uncapped, with current staff members achieving higher bonus levels)
- St George, Bristol
- 3 weekdays and both Saturday and Sunday
- Shift patterns: Mon-Fri 9:45am-7pm, Sat 8:30am-6pm, Sun 10am-5pm
This is a superb opportunity to join a busy and extremely successful car dealership where you'll be a key member of the sales management team. You'll be leading a small team of Sales Consultants to facilitate the second stage of the sales process. There will be a focus on finance applications, warranty cover, and protection offerings.

Duties will include:
- Guiding customers through finance applications
- Ensuring FCA compliance at all times
- Managing deposits and funds for customers
- Mentoring and developing the team of Sales Consultants
- Distributing incoming sales leads and overseeing effective diary management
- Contributing to the implementation of sales campaigns
- Providing support to Sales Leaders as needed
- Consistently achieving KPIs and sales targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience within the motor trade
- Proven track record of working towards and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team
- Full UK driving licence is essential
Please note, this role is working 3 weekdays and BOTH Saturday and Sunday. You will always have 2 days off, together, during the week.
