Sales Coordinator - Permanent
Are you an experienced Sales Administrator, looking to work for a well-established company within a driven team?
This is an exciting new opportunity for a full time Sales Coordinator to join a company based in Danbury, Essex on a permanent basis. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm and will pay a salary between £24k-£27k DOE. This is a fully office-based role with free parking onsite.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Dealing with telephone enquiries and responding to customer emails/leads in a timely manner
- Scheduling and processing sale orders and quotations using the in-house system and keeping customers updated on their orders
- Sending and following up sample requests
- Booking in appointments and demonstrations on behalf of the field sales team
- Supporting the field sales team with ad hoc administrative tasks when required
- Managing customer sales leads and sending them across to the relevant person/department ensuring that all leads are followed up in a prompt and timely manner
- Updating spreadsheets and other documentation for the field sales team
To be successful for this position, you must be highly organised with strong attention to detail with previous experience within a similar role supporting a Sales team. You must be able to work in a fast-paced office environment and have excellent time management skills. Being a strong communicator, with a professional telephone manner is a must!
