Our client is a well-established firm in the Life Science industry experiencing an expanding commercial phase internationally and in the UK.
Description
? Accountable for timely monthly reporting and presentations to Leadership.
? Lead budget and quarterly re-forecasting including development of models and preparation of insightful presentations.
? Responsible for working closely with Operations to create budgets for new commercial and project initiatives and monitor and report on progress over time.
? Ensure Financial data management is streamlined to deliver timely meaningful information.
? Deliver Leadership presentations that are targeted, relevant and add value.
? Ensure Models are robust, flexible, easy to update and accurate, providing output in a format to load into presentations
Profile
A successful FP&A Manager should have:
- Professional finance qualification - ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent.
- Bachelor degree or relevant experience
- Expert level excel and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with G-suite applications would be advantageous.
- Experience of using business intelligence tools and programming to collect, store and analyse data.
- Experienced at building flexible and complex financial models.
- Confident communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with colleagues across the organisation up to C-level to deliver high quality and progressive financial service, sharing expertise and guidance where needed.
