Gas Engineer Overview: We are seeking a skilled Mobile Gas Engineer to join our team, covering two sites in Chelsea and Sutton, London, on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary and benefits package on offer.

Gas Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) in accordance with maintenance specifications.
  • Complete relevant paperwork for PPM, reactive, and breakdown works.
  • Address reactive tasks throughout the sites and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Swiftly remedy plant faults and defects to maintain operational service.
  • Ensure availability of suitable spares for both maintenance and reactive works, and provide parts lists and estimated timescales for remedial works.
  • Complete Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks undertaken.
  • Undertake mandatory and skill-related training as required.

Gas Engineer Key Requirements:

  • Appropriate Combustion/Gas/Oil Qualifications are essential.
  • A recognised industry qualification and previous experience are required.
  • ACS Commercial and Domestic Gas Qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1, CPA1, COCN1, CORT1, CIGA1, ICPN1, CDGA1, TPCP1, COCNGLP1PD.
  • Must have a full clean driver's licence.
  • Legionella awareness (preferable; training can be provided).
  • Asbestos awareness (preferable but not essential).
  • MEWP Licence (preferable but not essential).
  • First aid trained (preferable but not essential).
