Day to Day of the Role:
- Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to Year 3 pupils, ensuring alignment with the national curriculum.
- Assessing and monitoring pupil progress, and tailoring teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Fostering positive relationships with children, parents, and external agencies.
- Actively contributing to the school's vision and supporting a high-quality learning environment.
- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and engage in professional development.
- Prioritising the overall wellbeing of all children under your care.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Demonstrable experience as an outstanding classroom practitioner.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- A team player who is committed to the school's aspirational ethos.
- A focus on the holistic development and wellbeing of children.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to get a new one.
