Our client based in Didcot is looking for a Technical Support Consultant. They specialise in credit control, report and analysis software. They pride themselves on their excellent customer service and support, which attributes to their high level of success in this industry, for 24 years.
- They require a Technical Support Consultant to join their friendly team.
- You will be working within the support and development environment, working closely with the senior management team.
- You will be supporting incoming emails and calls and investigating and resolving reported issues using your application and database skills.
- Develop new procedures and packages in Oracle PLSQL, to enhance our customers usage experience.
- Translate new product requirements to technical specifications for the development team.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 3 years' experience with Oracle PLSQL database development.
- 1+ years Microsoft .Net development experience VB.net or C#, Web services and XML.
- Knowledge/Understanding of ERP, Accounts Receivables or Credit Management
- Have a confident, professional telephone manner
- Be customer focussed, with ability to communicate complex issues in clear and concise language to their clients
This is a full-time role.
Salary up to 50,000k.
