Role Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish. The successful candidate will also support fee-earning work undertaken by colleagues and use our case management system effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse residential conveyancing caseload.
  • Conduct legal matters on behalf of clients.
  • Provide support to colleagues on fee-earning work.
  • Utilize the firm's case management system proficiently.
  • Ensure excellent client care throughout the conveyancing process.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Possesses a good understanding of property law and the residential conveyancing process.
  • Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Demonstrates excellent business development skills.
  • Is driven, highly motivated, and maintains a positive outlook.
  • Capable of working independently while being a team player.
  • Committed to delivering outstanding client care.
  • Displays a friendly and caring attitude.

Working Hours:

- 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
