JE111: HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver

Salary: Circa £35,000+
Shifts - 4 ON 4 OFF
Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking an HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver on behalf of one of our clients.
Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delivery of milk to Dairies in the UK within 24 hours of collection
- Adhering to all Tachograph and WTD regulations
- Daily Vehicle Walkaround Checks
- Keeping company vehicle clean and tidy
- Completing paperwork accurately and submitting in good time after each delivery
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid clean licence
- A Digital Tachograph card and full Drivers CPC.
- Full UK driving licence
- HGV Class 1 driver card
- 12+ months HGV Class 1 driving experience
- A current CPC and digital tacho
- Flexible, hardworking and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Display good communication skills as will deal directly with Dairies, managers and on occasion customers
- Attention to detail is essential
- Numerical literacy is important
