EAC are working with a Global Organisation who are on the lookout for a HR Assistant to join their team. This will be on an initial 9 month FTC due to the work load and exciting projects that are going on.
On offer for the HR Assistant:
- £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

On Offer for the HR Assistant:
- Play a pivotal role in aligning people processes and administration activities with a focus on aligning processes of different business areas.
- Build strong working relationships with all stakeholders
- Maintain personnel files in conjunction with the HR 365 system & maintain holiday and absence records
- Maintain HR Inbox and triage queries to the appropriate person/team - as directed by the HR Coordinator
- Manage the onboarding offboarding processes and procedures along with your HR colleagues
- Deal with annual administrative tasks e.g. part time holiday calculations, DVLA checks, etc
- Document control for HR Templates
- Responsible for collating all new Starter paperwork including gaining references/compliance checks
- Collaborate with the talent team to assist with onboarding new starters using our recruitment system
- Employee Relations support including note taking on occasion
Ideal HR Assistant:
- Experience working within a HR Role (Minimum 1 year)
- A degree or equivalent HR experience
- CIPD qualified or part qualified (Desirable)
- Practical understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
- Attention to detail whilst remaining highly organised
- IT literate across all Microsoft Package
