Are you an Accounts Payable Assistant keen to progress your career? My client, based in South East London, is seeking someone with one to two years' experience to join the team. Reporting to the Accounts Manager you will initially be responsible for:-
- Monitoring the Accounts Mailbox
- Processing Purchase Orders and posting to Sage Line 50
- Creating new suppliers and preparing supplier payment runs
- Processing payments and allocations
- Accounts Payable statement reconciliations
Following successful probation further responsibilities and training will be available. Experience in Sage Line 50 is essential coupled with good MS Excel skills. The ideal person should be an enthusiastic professional with a positive 'can do' outlook.
