Inbound and Seasonal Lead

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Inbound Lead and seasonal Planner to manage and lead the day to day operational tasks and team.

You will join the product supply Inbound team and take responsibility for achieving and maximising Company product availability targets through careful planning whilst working closely with internal stakeholders. You will also lead the seasonal planning and ensuring the process runs smoothly.

To apply for this role, you should be able to commit to working 38 hours a week Monday to Friday.

This is a Hybrid Role you will be required to work in the office at least 2 days a week however on occasions this could be more if the business requires.

Role Responsibility

  • Ensuring best practices are followed and timelines met
  • Leading a team
  • Championing continuous improvement
  • Supporting training needs within the team
  • Take on escalations from the team and lead category specific communications to the business
  • Manage Seasonal process
  • Working with RSCs and maintaining a good relationship
  • Ensure IDTs and Backhaul suppliers Process runs smoothly
  • Ensure that smooth intake planning is achieved by adhering to correct processes
  • Maintain Transporean supplier booking system
  • Fostering good working relationship with all key depot stakeholders and members of the product supply team.
  • All company policies and procedures implemented to be adhered to
  • Any issues that arise are escalated to the relevant person/persons
  • Advise IAs of what to buy for seasonal and when
  • Check IA have ordered seasonal to deadline
  • Check any inbound n/as and overstocks on seasonal

You will need

  • Exceptional communication & stakeholder management
  • Be able to work independently, to problem solve
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, be able to prioritise and keep to tight deadlines
  • Excellent Attention to detail
  • Ability to flex work approach
  • Knowledge of MS Excel is key.

  • GCSE or equivalent Maths and English grade C or above.
