A busy Leeds legal conveyancing firm requires a new build co-ordinator, to support its daily function, based at its Morley office.
This is a key role within the team and the right candidate will have a sound understanding of the conveyancing process whilst being able to demonstrate experience in a new build role, with either a conveyancing firm or developer.
They are looking for a candidate with experience in the following:
- Progressing new build transactions through to completion, either in a conveyancing firm or with a developer
- Confidently and independently dealing with client queries
- Maintaining and developing relationships with builder contacts
- Providing weekly builder updates
- Ensuring targets are met
The role will also include:
- General administrative tasks
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and other solicitors
- Setting up files for completion
You must have excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy as well as being comfortable working as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and have a proactive approach to their work.
Full training will be provided.
This is a full time, office-based position with free on-site parking, 25 days A/L including time off at Christmas.
