We are seeking a dedicated Business Teacher to join our team, delivering high-quality education at both GCSE and A-Level. This role is ideal for someone passionate about business education and fostering a positive learning environment for students.

Day-to-day of the role of a Business Teacher

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging business lessons to GCSE and A-Level students.
  • Assess and record students' progress and provide grades and feedback to promote strong student development.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and ensure that students remain focused on their educational goals.
  • Develop materials and activities that stimulate learning and cater to a range of abilities within the class.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share effective practice.
  • Stay updated with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills and personal knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications required for the Business role :

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Business Studies at GCSE and A-Level.
  • Strong understanding of the current curriculum and educational practices.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to engage and inspire students.
  • Commitment to professional development and maintaining high teaching standards.
