This is a fast paced and dynamic role within an interested business where no two days will be the same! You will be reporting into a HRBP who is dedicated to your career development and progression!
THE ROLE:
- Provide day-to-day HR support and advice to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and policy interpretation under the guidance of the Group HR Business Partner.
- Manage employee relations issues effectively, conducting investigations, grievance and disciplinary proceedings in line with company policies and best practice principles.
- Support the recruitment process from end to end, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and on boarding activities to ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth transition into the organisation.
- Maintain accurate HR records and systems, including employee databases, personnel files, and HR documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data protection compliance at all times.
- Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives as required, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices to support the strategic objectives of the organisation.
THE PERSON:
- Highly proactive, bubbly, friendly and thrives within a fast paced environment.
- Customer service focused with excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional Administration skills with a passion to get into a HR role.
- CIPD and previous HR Assistant experience desirable but not essential.
- Happy to be office based 5 days per week in Nine Elms.
