Description
- As the Finance Officer you will be responsible for the below;
- Oversee day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
- Liaise with external auditors, providing necessary documentation and information
- Assist in financial planning and strategy development to support objectives
- Collaborate with various departments to monitor and control budgets
- Deliver an expert service by providing transactional and administration support
Profile
- Experience of working within a Finance Department
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Experience of working within a finance department in education - desirable
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Positive and solution focused with a flexible approach to work
- May be working towards an accountancy qualification but not essential
- Ability to work proactively on your own and in a team
- Proficient within Microsoft office and Financial Systems.
Job Offer
