Administrator - Immediate start! Temp to Perm
Start date: 27.08.24 or ASAP
1 month FTC - potentially to go permanent
Salary: £12.83p/h
Location: Hove
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 17.30pm
Have you got great organisation and administrative skills and want to work in a busy, friendly working environment where you will learn all aspects of the property business?
You will already have a proven administrative background and great customer services skills with the ability to work in a bust customer facing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients when they come into the office.
- Diary management - booking in viewings, valuations, listings and any other meetings as required.
- Dealing with incoming calls, taking message and updating the inhouse CRM as appropriate.
- Registering new tenants, purchasers and taking references if required.
- Updating the CRM system with client details.
- Sending out marketing information and property details.
- Arranging key collections with contractors, and sales staff.
- Administration, dealing with emails and sending out correspondence.
- Filing, data entry and ad hoc projects as required.
- Updating property details, social media, marketing material and window presentations.
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:
- Proven administration background with a genuine passion for the property industry.
- Great communication and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise your own workload effectively.
- Excellent IT skills inclusive of Word, Excel, CRM systems.
- Ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
- Presentable, confident and personable.
