What's the role?
I'm working closely with a leading Independent London agent, who are looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager / Team-Leader (at-least 3 years experience). This experienced agent (over 70 years) prides themselves on excellent customer service. Having someone who is not only experienced and knowledgeable but also able to deal with landlords and tenants to the highest standards is essential.

Key Responsibilities
i) Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
ii) Coordinate and manage property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
iii) Instruct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
iv) Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
v) Ensure compliance with property regulations.
