Salary - £18K basic plus commission and bonus (with OTE of £60K)

Lettings Consultant (Estate Agency)
, to join a busy and successful team in the Ealing area.

The successful candidate will ideally be local to the area and have preferably 6-12 month's experience in estate agency. You will be an individual who has a complete understanding of the whole lettings process, be creative, hungry, well presented, well-spoken and self-motivated - and able to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative.
Our client looks particularly for honestly, integrity, transparency, attention to detail and excellent ability to communicate at all levels.
Duties:
- Manage the lettings viewing assistant on a weekly schedule
- Answering calls and emails promptly and efficiently
- Registering and qualifying prospective tenants and taking note of their requirements
- Booking appointments and organising access for properties best suited for the tenants
- Negotiating and agreeing offers for Landlords and Tenants
- Keeping in-touch with the Lettings Manager throughout the day of work
- Maintaining good communication with the team on daily basis.
Skills Required:
ESSENTIAL
- Knowledge of the surrounding area
- UK Driving License and car Residential Sales
- High organisational skills
- Confident communication skills
- Customer engagement and management skills
- Relationship management
DESIRABLE
- Previous experience of CRM system Vebra Alto
- Strong IT skills
- Network of potential customers
- Leadership skills
- Line management and team development experience
