Job Title: Helpdesk Co-ordinator
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £26,500
A global FM Client is looking for an ambitious Helpdesk Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting an exciting new venture in the Defence industry. The role will be key in establishing a brand new Helpdesk for the project.
You will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service representative of the Client, managing scheduling and acting as the key point-of-contact for all maintenance provisions across the contract.
Your key duties will include:
- Handle inbound phone calls within the contract in a professional manner.
- Co-ordinate the delivery of all reactive and PPM responsibilities, maintaining proper and safe working practices
- Ensuring the upkeep, maintenance and maximum efficiency of all systems at all times
- Monitor emails, purchase orders and other potential contact points within the contract
- Monitor Service Requests on the CAFM system.
- Providing excellent customer experience at all times
Role Requirements
- Experience in a scheduling role, booking tradespeople and engineers for appropriate jobs
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict timescales
- Call operator experience
- Strong IT skills
- You must be able to pass BPSS Clearance
