Helpdesk Coordinator

Job Title: Helpdesk Co-ordinator
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £26,500

A global FM Client is looking for an ambitious Helpdesk Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting an exciting new venture in the Defence industry. The role will be key in establishing a brand new Helpdesk for the project.
You will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service representative of the Client, managing scheduling and acting as the key point-of-contact for all maintenance provisions across the contract.

Your key duties will include:

  • Handle inbound phone calls within the contract in a professional manner.
  • Co-ordinate the delivery of all reactive and PPM responsibilities, maintaining proper and safe working practices
  • Ensuring the upkeep, maintenance and maximum efficiency of all systems at all times
  • Monitor emails, purchase orders and other potential contact points within the contract
  • Monitor Service Requests on the CAFM system.
  • Providing excellent customer experience at all times

Role Requirements

  • Experience in a scheduling role, booking tradespeople and engineers for appropriate jobs
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict timescales
  • Call operator experience
  • Strong IT skills
  • You must be able to pass BPSS Clearance
