Hays are working with a professional services organisation based in Bristol who are looking to recruit a permanent IT Administrator to support the IT service management function. The role is based in the city centre, paying up to £28,000pa depending on experience and offering hybrid working 2 / 3 days per week.
Your new role & w hat you'll need to succeed
In the role you will support the IT service management function through overseeing the organisations application licences, ensuring best practice and compliance with external vendors and working with internal SMEs to support application service review. The role will offer full training in IT licence management, but you will ideally need a background in IT administration, good knowledge of the MS suite, strong problem-solving skills and to have excellent communication skills. ITIL knowledge would be great and any experience working in the legal sector or professional services would be good.
