A national fire engineering consultancy is launching a brand-new Midlands division
focused on major, high-impact projects. We're looking for a Senior Fire Engineer who
wants more than business as usual. Someone who's ready to build, lead, and make their

What You'll Be Doing
- Create bespoke fire strategies that meet and exceed UK Building Regs
- Work directly with architects, developers, contractors, and regulators
- Lead on fire safety design, egress analysis, and protection strategies
- Deliver high-quality technical reports and drawings
- As Senior Fire Engineer you will mentor junior team members and support a growing Midlands presence
- Conduct site visits and give practical, solution-focused advice
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Fire, Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering
- 2+ years in UK-based fire engineering or Senior Fire Engineering
- Strong understanding of ADB, BS standards, and performance-based design
- Experience with FREAW and EWS1 assessments
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- A proactive, consultancy-driven mindset
- Ambition to help grow something from the ground up
