Our Warrington site is also known as the Italian centre of excellence, recent expansion and investment make this site a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit! We produce high quality Italian ready meals for both Tesco & Co-Op.

What You'll Be Doing

As Operations Support Manager you will provide a comprehensive business focused service, handling and interpreting volume data, contributing to the provision of accurate insight and business understanding across functions

  • Challenge the status quo and drive transformation, innovation, and improvement within the Operations team.
  • Develop, implement, and review operational support strategies to ensure operations are continually evolving to meet the demands of the business and customer alike.
  • Proactively seek to partner and build understanding of the needs and activity of the Zone Manager teams to help promote an excellent customer service. With a culture of continuous improvement whilst encouraging adoption of the underpinning technology.
  • Provide Leadership and direction to the Operations teams, support training for staff to ensure that people are engaged, focused, and delivering to their potential.
  • Maximise proficiency in working on all aspects of master data development, systems improvement, and the strategic roll out of the tablet based KPI systems.
  • Maintain strong compliance culture, leading appropriate preparation activity with the Operations functions to ensure all auditable documentation is accurate and up to date.
