We are seeking an ELPL Fee Earner to join our clients dynamic team at their offices in either Liverpool or Wirral with hybrid working. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims, providing exceptional service to clients while working towards achieving favourable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Handle caseload of non portal EL/PL cases to conclusion.
  • Timely and accurate maintenance of all case management, billing and management information systems.
  • Correspondence and telephone calls.
  • Reviewing and progressing files timeously.
  • To achieve monthly and yearly billing targets.

Requirements

  • High level experience in Fee Earning and Litigation.
  • Confident and experienced in use of the Damages Claims Portal and Part 7 and Part 8 proceedings.
  • An excellent billing and settlement record.
  • An ability to assess liability promptly on disputed claims and to understand the disclosure required.
  • Excellent customer care skills.
  • Hard working and able to work from own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Keen Commercial awareness.
