Business Studies Teacher

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Studies Teacher to join our team on a fixed-term contract for one year. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to deliver high-quality and engaging learning experiences to students across KS3 to KS5. Day to Day of the Role:
- Develop, plan, and deliver compelling and informative lessons in Business Studies.
- Engage and challenge students across different key stages, fostering a passion for the subject.
- Utilise a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning needs and styles.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
- Contribute to the creation of a supportive and stimulating learning environment.
- Participate in departmental meetings, and contribute to the design and implementation of curriculum within the subject area.
- Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to wider aspects of school life.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Appropriate teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS).
- Strong subject knowledge, including familiarity with Cambridge National Enterprise and Marketing Level 1/2 and Cambridge Technical Level 3.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent classroom management skills.

- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to the school community.
