Production Team Leader.
North of Norwich.
Full time Permanent Role.
Salary £45,000.00 Overtime Extra. Holidays - 33 days including Bank Holidays.

We are representing a multinational company with a production facility north of Norwich within the FMCG sector.
This role is ideal for a wide range of candidates from the engineering or food sectors with Team Leader or Supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage Health and Safety issues for the department during the shift ensuring a Zero Accident mentality.
- Ensure shift team follows Health and Safety procedures and rules including safety alerts and correct use of Personal Protective Equipment.
- Production to plan (quality, cost, delivery) to meet cell strategy.
- Ensure effective and complete shift handovers by team members.
- Identification of all forms of waste reduction.
- Manage on-shift performance management, disciplinary, resource and incident issues.
- Attend and present cell daily review and other relevant meetings.
- Team induction, development and succession planning.
Skills and Experience
- Formal Health and Safety management skills training.
- FMCG experience essential.
- Technical/Operational understanding.
- Prior hands on experience of the process area they will manage (example, Logistics, Production).
- Quality systems awareness.
- IT literate with experience of MS Office.
- Ability to train, coach and mentor others.
Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role within FMCG food or engineering sectors.
