The business has identified the requirement to appoint Opportunity Management Officer with a company-wide remit
to work across all business units. As evidenced by the competencies selected, you will exhibit an enthusiasm and a
willing to learn new skills and capabilities. The role requires diligence and attention to detail to identify relevant
opportunities from inbound communications and transfer the relevant information into our internal systems in a
timely manner. This role will mean communicating and working closely with all levels of staff up to and including the CEO and Chairman.
The Opportunity Management Officer is a new role focussing on building and maintaining our Opportunity
Management System data. Full training will be provided and you will work within a small team.
Our ideal applicant will take an organised approach to manage Opportunities, from a variety of sources, to
consistently process those Opportunities, liaise with sales teams and others to completion.
Specialist duties and responsibilities:
Manage our online inventory to ensure online catalogues are functioning optimally and accurately.
Supporting the Sales Team with relevant Opportunities
You will help deliver KPI reports for Management including volumes, conversion rate and Opportunity
values.
Work with various teams (sales, etc.) in a dynamic and open environment, always focusing on delivering
the best possible customer experience.
Develop relationships with third party framework portal owners to maximise the use of their facilities.
