A leading luxury employer brand dedicated to delivering high-quality products to their customers with a strong presence in the UK market and a committed to innovation, excellence, and building lasting relationships with key clients are seeking an experienced Wholesale Sales Manager to lead a dedicated team and drive the wholesale business to new heights.

Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets, you will lead a team of sales executives, manage key accounts, and identify new business opportunities to expand market presence.

The Role:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive wholesale sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the wholesale sales team to achieve targets and foster professional growth.
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiation and Contracts: Negotiate terms and conditions with customers and manage contracts to ensure mutual benefit.

Experience:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in wholesale sales management, preferably in the furniture/interiors.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the wholesale market and trends in [industry or product type].
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address market opportunities and challenges.
  • CRM: Experience using Sage 200
  • Driving License: A valid UK driving license is required as some travel to meet clients may be required.
