The One Group are proud to be working with a nationwide family run business who specialise in the construction industry that are on the search for a Fleet Administrator to join their team, you will receive lots of training, support and opportunities for progression.
You will be joining a team of 4 of within their fleet department where progression is transparent and you get the opportunity to be apart of a company that pride themselves on the development of their team!
The ideal candidate for this role will have work experience within any sector, ideally with some level of admin experience this can be through education or work. Be computer literate and have great communication skills, you will be willing to learn and be highly organised.
What your day will look like?
- Diary management for the wider business, relating to driver and licensing procedures.
- Ensuring the companies fleet tracker is kept up to date.
- Ensuring accurate records for vehicles.
- Collating reports for the wider management team.
- Supporting the wider fleet team with claims and administration.
- Processing of fines and driving offences.
- Ensuring the timely booking of repairs, services and tyres for company vehicles.
This is a varied role with lots to do and you will receive lots of training.
What you will receive:
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000PA
Hours: Monday - Friday 730am - 4pm (Flexible)
This is a fully office based role, you will receive 23 days holiday + bank holidays which will increase each year with service, EAP, Life assurance, death in service and an excellent L&D offering including fully funded qualifications.
