Responsibilities:

  • Delivering the highest level of customer support and care to a prestigious customer base, managing and meeting customer expectations at every touchpoint
  • Supporting the customer service and sales team, providing exceptional support
  • Liaising with customers to update them on their orders, make recommendations, promote new products, and inform them of promotions
  • Handling customer complaints and queries, managing them effectively and escalating them when necessary
  • Taking credit and debit card payments from clients and issuing refunds where required
  • Successfully processing orders and liaising with internal departments to ensure stock availability and agree delivery dates in line with agreed timescales
  • Taking ownership of all sales administration, which includes raising and sending invoices and dealing with debit notes, returns, collections, and credit notes and invoices
  • Assisting with the export of stock, following the company process in line with HRMC requirements
  • Attending exhibitions and events to gain an awareness of the market place

Skills and Experience:

  • Has gained previous experience in a customer service or sales administration role
  • Boats superb communication skills with an exceptional telephone manner and confident liaising at all levels
  • Solutions-focused, able to resolve issues efficiently
  • Enjoys a varied role and can effectively prioritise workloads
  • IT literate, confident user of Word, Excel, Shopify, NAV systems
