Reed Accountancy are partnered with a well-established organisation in the recruitment for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on an interim basis. The role is initially 3 months, however, can be extended or made permanent for the correct candidate.
Key responsibilities:
- Process credit card and expense claims efficiently.
- Handle the processing of specific vendor invoices.
- Match invoices to Purchase Orders (PO's) accurately.
- Obtain approval for invoices using the web-based approval system.
- Assist the Finance team with ad hoc tasks as required, contributing to the overall financial operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Capable of dealing with high volumes of transactions and maintaining accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
