Lettings Negotiator – Mansfield – OTE up to £28,000
Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a growing Mansfield based estate agency, who are actively seeking a Lettings Negotiator. You will be joining an award-winning company who are well respected and successful in their industry.

Lettings Negotiator Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of properties
- Handling maintenance issues, inspections, and tenant queries.
- Conducting viewings
- Negotiate terms between landlords and tenants
- Providing accurate market valuations and advice to landlords
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and best practice standards in property management and lettings
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Achieving set targets and contributing to the overall success of the team and company
Required skills & experience:
- Experience within a similar role and industry
- Confident and outgoing
- Full UK clean driving license
- Great telephone manner
- Confidence is key!
