About Us:

We are a small yet specialised and niche engineering consultancy located in Wiltshire. Our expertise lies in providing options assessment and evidence-based decision-making support, primarily for clients within the defence sector.

Role Description:

As a Consultant, you will join our diverse team to work on a variety of studies and projects, each lasting between three to six months. You will collaborate in teams of two to four, bringing creativity to rationalise and simplify complex scenarios. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to project planning, management, and delivery
  • Developing models and performing analysis
  • Leading meetings and presenting findings/results
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Monitoring cash flow and writing proposals

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A STEM degree or equivalent HND/HNC
  • Expertise in using MS Word and Excel
  • Confidence in presenting to clients or senior management
  • Logical thinking and the ability to rationalise complex problems and scenarios
  • The ability to meet strict deadlines and communicate effectively at all levels using various mediums
  • Flexibility regarding work patterns and travel
  • Enthusiasm for working in a close-knit team environment
  • Proactive, driven, and self-motivated attitude
