Are you an experienced administrator seeking a new role? Look no further! Our client, an award-winning company known for being one of the best places to work, is seeking an Operations Administrator to join their team.

The Role: As an Operations Administrator, you will be an integral part of the Operations team. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Operations & Audit Manager and collaborating with the wider management team. This role offers growth opportunities, allowing you to contribute to the company's expansion journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Sign Management:

Order signs based on requirements from Supervisors and Site Staff.

Coordinate with sign makers regarding cost, proof, and installation.

Ensure all sites have the correct signs and comply with BPA regulations.

Process purchase orders once quotations and artwork are received.

Maintain an internal record of site signage photos.

Machine and Equipment Management:

Order new machines, spare parts, and tariff software.

Keep logs updated with machine locations, stock availability, and installed tariffs.

Monitor machine faults, ticket levels, and report to Area Supervisors and Site Staff.

Manage machine keys, including issuance and returns.

Maintain accurate records of key movements.

Site Works and Maintenance:

Schedule and arrange site works and maintenance as needed.

Coordinate with contractors for work commencement and completion.

Ensure Supervisors, site staff, and headquarters staff are informed about proposed works and updated rosters.

Obtain multiple quotes for work projects.

Working Hours:

Full-time position (37.5 hours per week)

Monday to Friday within core hours of 08:00 am to 5:30 pm
