Internal Sales Representative
Watford, Hertfordshire
£28,000 + Pension + Parking
A focused and determined customer service professional is required for this Internal Sales Representative position, excellent prospects are available for the right person.
Some of your duties will include:
- Acting as first point of contact for both consumer and trade customers
- Providing excellence in customer service and maximising customer experience
- Overseeing and managing sales leads that arise from website, email and telephone calls
- Reviewing sales opportunities, inputting on CRM system and allocating to relevant sales person
- Maintaining regular contact with pre-determining merchant and showroom customers
- Liaising extensively with product installer network to provide product updates
