We are thrilled to collaborate with a prestigious firm looking to recruit a BD & Marketing Executive within their Private Wealth and Employment sector. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to support and shape the business development and marketing strategy for key practice areas, including Private Client, Family, Contentious Trusts & Estates, and Employment & Partnerships teams.
About the Role:
In this exciting and fast-paced environment, you will take ownership of cross-practice BD groups focused on specific jurisdictions and specialisms, such as Art and Cultural Property. You will work directly with Partners and fee earners across the full spectrum of BD and marketing activities, contributing significantly to the firm's success. You will be part of a dedicated team of three, including a BD and Marketing Senior Manager and Assistant, directly supporting Private Wealth and Employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Plans and Budgets: Assist the BD & Marketing Senior Manager in designing, developing, and implementing strategic plans and budgets for the firm's Private Wealth and Employment practices.
- Team Sub-Groups: Take ownership of team sub-groups and help drive their business development strategy.
- Marketing Campaigns: Support in developing, designing, and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns.
- Internal Communications: Manage and draft internal communications regarding new business development initiatives and promote team efforts.
- Client Pitches: Assist the BD & Marketing Manager with client pitches.
- Directory Submissions: Work closely with specific groups to compile and submit entries for Chambers, Legal 500, and Spear's.
About You:
- Experience: You have experience in business development and marketing within a professional services firm.
- Specialist Knowledge: Ideally, you will have experience in Private Wealth or Employment.
- Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal clients, colleagues, and external suppliers and consultants.
- Attention to Detail: You have excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
- Technical Skills: Experience using Vuture is desirable.
