Independent Reviewing Officer (IRO) I Newcastle City Council
Reed is currently looking to recruit an experienced Independent Reviewing Officer to join Newcastle City Council.
Paying £33 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake the statutory role of IRO for children in care.
- Undertake the role of Independent Chairperson for Initial Child Protection Conferences and Child Protection Reviews.
- Undertake foster carer reviews as needed.
Requirements of this role:
- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
- Previous experience working as an Independent Reviewing Officer.
